Donít forget to check out the Tabor Opera House said to have been the finest theater between St. Louis and San Francisco. The likes of Harry Houdini and Oscar Wild showed their presence there.

This historic hotel is in the heart of Leadville and was built in 1886. It has 40 antique and Victorian furnished rooms and a breakfast bar and a hotel gift shop. Even if you donít stay here you should check out the lobby, itís pretty neat.
